Directions
Preheat gas grill to high; leave one burner off.
Brush steaks with olive oil and season with the garlic, rosemary, salt and pepper.
Grill streaks over direct heat until well marked, about two minutes per side. Move the steaks to the cooler part of the grill, close top and continue to cook another six minutes each side for medium rare.
Drizzle steaks with remaining olive oil and sprinkle with lemon juice.
Let rest eight to ten minutes then carve and serve.
