All Brandt Natural Steaks are shipped fresh with proper temperature control packaging and therefore require overnight shipping.

Orders placed Thursday through Sunday will ship Monday for Tuesday delivery, and orders placed Monday through Wednesday will ship Thursday for Friday delivery.

Orders placed after 2:00 pm Pacific Time will be processed the next business day.

No orders will be processed or shipped on weekends or legal holidays.

Although delays may occur due to weather conditions, please be prepared to accept delivery as confirmed to prevent damage to this perishable shipment.

Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii are determined by delivery area.

For shipments to Alaska or Hawaii, please place orders directly through Customer Service.

Brandt will be happy to replace any item(s) in the unlikely event of spoilage during transit. 

However, Brandt is not responsible for products that spoiled because they were sent back to the freight location or left at your door.
