Here at Brandt Beef, we guarantee 110% satisfaction on each and every order.  In order to ensure that our product arrives to you in optimal condition, we securely pack your order in a custom-made gift box.  We then layer the gift box within a reusable, insulated cooler with gel packs to make certain that the product remains at 34° throughout the shipping process.  For added protection, the cooler is then placed in a corrugated shipping box to minimize any unforeseen effects of the shipping process on your order.

Unfortunately, due to the perishable nature of the items in your order, we do not accept returns.  If you are not completely satisfied with your Brandt Beef purchase for any reason, please contact our customer service department at 866-912-3552 or contact us online and we will promptly replace your purchase or refund your money, whichever you prefer.

Brandt Beef reserves the right to fully investigate any claims that we believe to be fraudulent or unfounded. Please note that orders placed with incorrect or incomplete delivery address information voids our guarantee.
