All-Natural Brandt Beef Returns as Celebrate the Craft’s Local Beef Producer

LA JOLLA, Calif. – September 8, 2010 – Brandt Beef, a single-family owned producer of premium, all-natural beef for up-scale restaurants and retail markets, will once again serve as the local beef producer at the 8th Annual Celebrate the Craft at The Lodge at Torrey Pines on Sunday, October 31. For the fourth year in a row, Brandt Beef’s sustainable products join the likes of other local chefs, farmers, ranchers and vintners for an annual celebration of the very best of California's culinary offerings.

“As the featured beef provider at Celebrate the Craft, we will once again introduce creative cooking techniques using our all-natural, sustainable beef products to Southern California’s most notable chefs and passionate foodies,” says Eric Brandt, Brandt Beef’s managing partner. “We recognize the prestige of being selected as a participant and each year we strive to educate the public on the importance of the utilization of the entire animal by introducing new and exciting preparations.”

For the past seven years, Celebrate the Craft has been one of Southern California’s premier showcases for regionally grown ingredients and innovative cooking and winemaking. As in years past, the celebration features the finest food artisans from across California’s broad culinary spectrum.
