Renowned Chef Tom Colicchio to prepare a dish using premium natural Brandt Beef for the gala dinner

Tom Colicchio, acclaimed chef and restaurateur, will prepare the beef for the welcome reception and gala dinner on Friday, September 26.

The Foxwoods Food & Wine Festival offers several events to appeal to a wide variety of food lovers, including: a welcome cocktail reception and gala dinner, celebrity chef cooking demonstrations, book signings, wine and spirit seminars, a celebrity chef poker tournament, and the signature grand tastings.
