Hundreds of the region's top chefs will gather at Brandt Beef's private pavilion for an afternoon of exquisite cuisine specially prepared by Brandt Beef Executive Chef Tom McAliney, Patrick Heymann and Cathy Shank, refreshing cocktails from the open bar, and of course, exciting horse races.

The Guest of Honor at the inaugural "Celebrate the Chef" is Certified Master Chef Ferdinand Metz, past President of the World Association of Chefs and President Emeritus of The Culinary Institute of America.
