Brandt Beef and Endicott Meats to Participate in Samuel Waxman Cancer Research Foundation Fundraiser

Acclaimed natural beef producer to showcase its sustainable products at the Hamptons Happening

BRAWLEY, Calif. – Brandt Beef – The True Natural, a single family owned, premium natural beef producer, announced today that it will be providing samples of its product at the Samuel Waxman Cancer Research Foundation (SWCRF) Hamptons Happening. Brandt Beef will be joined by Endicott Meats, its new distribution partner to Long Island, N.Y. The event will be held on Saturday, July 19 from 6 – 9 p.m. at 664 Halsey Lane, Bridgehampton, N.Y.

The Hamptons Happening will showcase more than 20 of the Hamptons and New York City’s top restaurants. Chefs from the participating restaurants will prepare tasting portions of their signature dishes for individuals to sample during the event. Tom McAliney, executive chef of Brandt Beef will prepare a sustainable dish of Brandt Beef Soy Glazed Bavette with Asian Green Salad.

Brandt Beef will be joined at the event by Endicott Meats, its new distribution partner to restaurants and retail markets in the Hamptons.
