Forget about the same old neckties, toolkits and gadgets and give your dad an original gift that will leave a lasting impression. Brandt Beef, a premium natural beef producer, has premium steaks to appeal to all types of dads, from the easiest-to-please to the most discerning.

“My dad, William Brandt, has been in the cattle business since 1945 and is passionate about producing great tasting, natural steaks,” said Eric Brandt, managing partner, Brandt Beef. “He has passed this passion on to me, which we continue to convey by the quality of our natural products. We would like to honor the generations of dads who will celebrate together this Father’s Day and encourage them to create new traditions.”

“Father’s Day is a great time for family to get together and enjoy some outdoor grilling,” added Tom McAliney, executive chef, Brandt Beef. “This year, give your dad the day off from manning the grill and prepare some delicious natural steaks which are sure to make your Father’s Day cookout more memorable. My recipe for Tuscan style cowboy rib chops is quick and easy to prepare, so you can spend the day celebrating your dad and still look like a master of the grill.”

Brandt Beef Tuscan Style Cowboy Rib Chops (serves 4)

• 4 – 1 ½ inch thick Brandt All-Natural cowboy rib chops
• ¼ cup olive oil
• ¼ cup minced garlic
• 4 teaspoons kosher salt
• 2 teaspoons fresh ground pepper
• 2 teaspoons fresh rosemary leaves, minced
• 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

Cooking Instructions: Preheat your gas grill to high, leaving one burner off. Brush steaks with olive oil and season with the garlic, rosemary, salt and pepper. Then, grill the steaks over direct heat until they are well marked, about two minutes per side. Move the steaks to the cooler part of the grill, close the top, and continue to cook for another six minutes on each side for medium-rare. Drizzle steaks with the remaining olive oil and sprinkle with lemon juice. Let the steaks rest for eight to 10 minutes, then serve.
