Refund Policy

Here at Brandt Beef, we guarantee 110% satisfaction on each and every order. In order to ensure that our product arrives to you in optimal condition, we securely pack your order in a custom-made gift box. We then layer the gift box within a reusable, insulated cooler with gel packs to make certain that the product remains at 34° throughout the shipping process. For added protection, the cooler is then placed in a corrugated shipping box to minimize any unforeseen effects of the shipping process on your order.

Unfortunately, due to the perishable nature of the items in your order, we do not accept returns. Please review the address provided at checkout to verify that it is indeed a valid address. Brandt Beef’s Guarantee will not be upheld in the event that the incorrect shipping address in provided.

Cancellation Policy

Orders placed prior to 11am PST Monday through Thursday will ship out that same afternoon. If you will need to cancel your order, please contact Brandt Beef as soon as possible to ensure that your order does not leave our distribution center. Once packages have left our distribution center, we will be unable to cancel your order.

Delivery/Shipping Policy

Here at Brandt Beef, we take pride in providing you with a premium product overnight to minimize the amount of time your product is in transit and therefore maximize the quality of your Brandt Beef experience. Unless otherwise noted during the checkout phase, all orders placed before 11am PST Monday – Thursday will ship out the same day via FedEx Overnight Delivery. Orders placed after 11am PST Thursday will ship out Monday for a Tuesday delivery.

At this time, Brandt Beef is committed to maintaining high quality products throughout the shipping process and is therefore unable to deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Please note:
  • If a valid Shipping Address is not provided, Brandt Beef is unable to uphold its 110% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee.

  • If the order is a gift, the billing customer must notify the recipient of the gift to make certain that someone will be home to accept the package.

Any information collected by our website will not be sold to third-party advertisers and will be used solely for the internal purpose of generating reports and trends within the Online Sales Division at Brandt Beef. The information that our customer volunteers will be securely stored in our database and protected from fraud at all times.

If you supply us with your telephone number during the checkout process, you will only be contacted via phone if we have a question directly related to your order. Customers may receive e-mail notifications about new products and promotions. If you would not like to remain on the e-mail list, please e-mail us directly at gotbeef@brandtbeef.com and your information will be promptly removed from our mailing list.
